Torghatten AS has a management team that operates from Trondheim and Brønnøysund. The management is responsible for a number of development projects within technology, organization and sustainability in the group.

Chief Executive Officer
Jan has studied industrial economics at NTNU. He started in Torghatten in September 2023, coming from the position as managing director of the bus company Nobina. Jan has previously held management positions in Posten, Bring and Ringnes.

Marius Hansen
Chief Executive Officer, Torghatten Nord
Marius has been the CEO of Torghatten Nord since March 2024. He came from his role as the top executive at Avincis Aviation Norden. Marius is from Lavangen in Troms and holds a degree in Market Economics from BI Norwegian Business School.

Øyvind Lund
Chief Executive Officer, Torghatten Midt and Torghatten Sør
Øyvind holds a Master of Science in Business from BI Norwegian Business School. He has been the CEO of Torghatten Sør since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the head of Norsk Gjenvinning Plast. Before that, he was the Finance and Administration Manager at Jørgensen Transport. Øyvind is also a board member of Torghatten Nord.

Albert Jensen
Director of Safety, Quality, and Sustainability
Albert has had a long career as an officer in the Air Force and is educated from the Royal Norwegian Air Force Academy and the Defense Staff College. He has been working in the Torghatten Group since 2014 and previously held the position of Quality and Safety Manager, before taking his current position in 2023.

Grete Rekkebo Brovoll
Chief Financial Officer
Grete has a master's degree in Accounting and Auditing from Norwegian school of economics (NHH). She started in the group in 2007 as Group Chief Accountant and transitioned to the position of CFO in 2010. She has previously worked as a state authorized auditor at Inter-revisjon and KPMG. She holds several board positions in subsidiary companies.

Jan-Egil Wagnild
Chief Technology Officer
Jan-Egil holds a master's degree in technical cybernetics from NTNU, as well as further education in management and strategy, and through leadership training from the defense sector. He started in Torghatten in 2021 ans is also a board member of Bastø Fosen. Jan-Egil has work experience from Marine Cybernetics, DNV, and Moen Marin.

Reidun Svarva
Head of Business Development
Reidun has a master's degree from NTNU in industrial economics and technology management. She joined Torghatten AS in January 2022 and serves as a board member of Torghatten Nord. She has work experience from Ulstein Verft, Jernbaneverket/Bane NOR, and Enova.

Trond Klevstuen
CDO
Trond holds a Master of Science in Industrial Economics and Administration from NTNU and joined Torghatten in January 2025. He has previously worked in software development management at companies such as EG Retail and Abeo and has extensive experience in the IT industry within retail, healthcare, and manufacturing.

Mariann Grønseth
HR Director
Mariann has an educational background in labor law, management, and tourism. She served as CEO of Torghatten Midt from 2022 through 2024. Mariann has extensive experience in HR and operational management across various companies in the transportation and tourism industries.

Øyvind Grøttheim
Procurement Manager
Øyvind has a bachelor's degree in economics from BI and has been working in the company since 2012. He holds several board positions, primarily in subsidiary and affiliated companies. Øyvind has previous experience in finance from First Securities and Arctic Securities.
